With over 35 years of global professional experience at the service of the nation, Dr. Geh M Fosuh is: pioneer Legal Counsel of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun in Yaounde; former Legal Affairs Manager and AES Chief Compliance Officer for Corporate Governance at AES-SONEL for AES Corporation, USA; former Principal Legal Counsel – General Business Consultant and Associates (GBCA) and GAB Consultants in Douala; and has further held Senir Legal Expert and Executive functions.
Dr. Geh M. Fosuh holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in business law from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, a pre-law degree in Economics “Magna cum Laude” (option: Finance) from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, USA, and Diploma of the London Institute of Bankers; AES Law training seminar at the Fulbright & Jaworski Law Company, London - UK; further holds Law and Management training and Diplomas from: DALE CARNEGIE Training in Douala; MANPROJECT Training in Douala; the International Institute of Management (SYTEM International) in Montreal, Canada; the African Center for Law and Development (CADEV) at the Congrès Africain des Juristes d’Affaires (COJA) in Douala; the Centre Africain de Perfectionnement et de Recyclage (CAPER) in Casablanca, Morocco; and IPER – at Le Havre in France.
Dr. Geh M. Fosuh is a member of king Inn of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fellowship of the USA. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics professionals (SCCE) of the USA and exchanged in the tax field with the Canadian Association of Tax Studies (ACEF) from where came the inspiration to author and publish the Tax Law Manuals. He was one of the pioneer Vice-Presidents of the National Association of Cameroonian Consultants (ANCC). He is Cameroonian, decorated with Cameroon labor medals; is married and a father of four children.
