Fosuh is a member of king Inn of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fellowship of the USA. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics professionals (SCCE) of the USA and exchanged in the tax field with the Canadian Association of Tax Studies (ACEF) from where came the inspiration to author and publish the Tax Law Manuals. He was one of the pioneer Vice-Presidents of the National Association of Cameroonian Consultants (ANCC).
